How We Bake & Sell Today
At this time, we do not offer a full, always-available online menu.
Instead, we bake and sell through monthly online product drops, each featuring a small, carefully curated selection of traditional German baked goods. This approach allows us to focus on quality, seasonality, and the hands-on craftsmanship that goes into every item.
Each product drop is open for a limited time and includes only what we are baking for that specific release.
